**NOTICE** Entry-Level Driver Training (ELDT) regulations became mandatory in the United States on February 7, 2022. The ELDT requirements were established by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) 49 CFR Part 380 Subpart F to improve the training standards for individuals seeking to obtain a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) for the first time or upgrade their existing CDL.
