Many Drivers entering the transportation industry have little or no experience in the training of others. When a person tasked with performing the significant task of training another individual and does not receive training to meet objectives and connect with a new driver, training time is increased and potential outcomes can vary greatly. This often results in a lack of understanding critical skills leading to vehicle accidents, roll-overs and incidents. Further issues arise from poor training in previous environments, resulting in the need for training. CDL Instructor Training

Our proprietary knowledge provides valuable learning and certification based on AAMVA criteria to develop drivers into Trainers and Mentors for Commercial Driving Applications.
