XR 18 Speed

The XR 18-Speed Training program is a simulation-based course designed to help drivers master advanced shifting techniques for 18-speed manual transmissions using Extended Reality (XR) technology. This hands-on training allows drivers to develop split-shifting proficiency, throttle coordination, and torque management before operating a real vehicle. Through guided simulation exercises, drivers practice progressive gear shifting, split-shifting, and heavy-haul driving scenarios, with instant feedback and performance analytics to ensure CDL test readiness and professional driving proficiency.

Requirements for this Program

1. Must be able to pass a drug test
2. Must be able to pass a DOT Physical
3. Must be at least 18 years old
4. Must have a valid CDL permit
5. Must have access to an XR-compatible training facility or system
