XR School Bus Backing training program is a simulation-based course designed to help drivers master essential school bus backing maneuvers using Extended Reality (XR) technology. This hands-on training allows drivers to develop spatial awareness, improve accuracy, and gain confidence before performing real-world maneuvers. The program covers straight-line backing, offset backing, parallel parking, and alley docking, with instant feedback and performance analytics to ensure drivers meet FMCSA-compliant safety standards.

Requirements for this Program

1. Must be able to pass a drug test
2. Must be able to pass a DOT Physical
3. Must be at least 18 years old
4. Must have a valid CDL permit with a Passenger (P) and School Bus (S) Endorsement
5. Must have access to an XR-compatible training facility or system
